Cooked in instant pot

1 pgk italian sausages (5)

3 chicken thighs (boneless skinless)

2 boxes shrimp scampi (sea pack brand)

1 onion diced

2ish tbsp garlic paste

2 cans diced tomato

2 cans filled with water

1 8oz can tomato sauce

Knor chicken bullion

2-4 tbsp Tony's seasoning

1ish tbsp Onion powder

1-2cups cooked white rice

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp butter


In instant pot turn on saute mode add oil. Dice onion. Add butter to pot then melt.

Add onion and garlic to pot. Once sauted add tomato, water, bullion, and seasoning.

Remove sausage from casting and section into bite size pieces.

Add chicken and sausage to ip. Pressure cook 25 minutes.

When ip has 20 minutes left to cook. Cook shrimp on stove. When ip is done use slotted spoon and add shrimp and rice into ip. Stir and serve
